Chicken & Tofu Lettuce Wrap



  1. Chicken breast (cut into cubes)
  2. Tofu (cut into cubes)
  3. Lettuce
  4. Mung Bean Sprout
  5. Green Onion
  6. Garlic and Onion
  7. Salt and pepper
  8. Olive oil
  9. Oyster Sauce
  10. Soy Sauce
  11. Vinegar
  12. Chili powder (optional)


  1. Fry the chicken and tofu. Fry first the tofu then when it becomes light brown, add the chicken until cooked – set aside.
  2. Saute onion and garlic in a small amount of olive oil. Add the fried tofu and chicken
  3. Pour enough amount of oyster sauce, soy sauce and vinegar. Simmer for around 2 minutes.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste. You can also add chili powder if you want it to be spicy.
  5. Put the mung sprout and green onions. Stir until all the ingredients are mix together.
  6. Meanwhile, clean the lettuce (I prefer to use iceberg lettuce) and arrange it on a plate.
  7. To serve, put several tablespoons of the chicken and tofu mixture into the center of a lettuce leaf, taco-style as shown below 🙂
